EDIT: The model has been updated to include a dividing wall in the large ramp, which was missing in the first version. Inner exhaust cover for a 25HP Evinrude from 1988. I designed this as a replacement part because the OEM part had rotted away due to saltwater corrosion. To verify the alignment of the mounting holes, I first 3D-printed a prototype. After confirming the fit, I had the final part manufactured by JLCCNC.
