1.9" x 108mm Wheel Rim and Tyre for 1/10 Scale RC Rock Crawler · 模型 158377
This is a Solidworks 2012 configurable assembly model of a basic 1.9" wheel rim (12mm hex drive) with a rock crawler style tread 108mm OD tyre. STEP and IGES files are also included. I had a request for Wafeform OBJ file versions of these models, which I managed to do using the Solidworks macro from from Neil Larsen and macro-maker Karpena downloaded from https://forum.solidworks.com/thread/54270 which also created the material MTL files for each OBJ model. There is an OBJ file for each combination of wheel and tyre assembly, as well as the wheel rims and tyres on their own, and also of the small screw and nut. Please note that although this is a 108mm OD tyre, the OD is slightly larger (110mm) when fitted to the wheel rim so that's the OD used in these models. The wheel rim has two configurations. One is a standard 4mm bore to fit standard axles, the other is a 5mm bore in case you need to use the wheel with the RC4WD axle extender. The tyre model has four different configurations: - RC4WD "Rock Crusher" style - Absima "Steelhammer" style - Carson/Ansmann Racing "Rock Crawler" style - Fastrax "Kong Crawler" style The Fastrax "Kong Crawler" style does not actually exist as they only seem to make a 90mm and 96mm version, not a 108mm OD version like this model. Measurements for this model were taken from a "Rock Crusher" style tyre with aluminium wheel rims bought from a Chinese supplier. If you search ebay or the Aliexpress website you will find loads of these. All the other styles are modifications of that original model based on photos I could find on the web, but they should be good enough to give you an idea of how each one looks on your custom RC model.
