This project is a custom, editable 1-degree-of-freedom camera gimbal designed for installation on a Mark 7-inch FPV drone and intended for use with an Eachine FPV camera. The mechanism provides controlled camera tilt using a servo motor and a gear transmission. The gear system transfers the servo rotation to the camera axis, allowing the pilot to adjust the viewing angle remotely through an AUX channel on the radio transmitter. The structure uses two separate mounting plates. Vibration-damping elements are positioned between the upper gimbal assembly and the lower drone mounting plate. This two-stack isolation system helps reduce vibrations transmitted by the motors, propellers, and airframe. By isolating the camera from high-frequency vibrations, the design helps reduce: Image shaking Motion blur Rolling-shutter distortion The “jello” effect in recorded footage
