Created this vase several years ago as a tribute to the 187th Regiment, 3rd Brigade, Rakkasan's of the 101st Airborne. A friend had a family member serving in the 187th Regiment and wanted a welcome home gift for their returning hero. Thought the community might like it. Although more art than engineering it still might make an interesting project especially if you or someone you know has a connection to this storied military unit.
