A professional, industry-grade 12.4-meter Folding Cultipacker designed and fully optimized for large-scale broadacre and cotton farming operations under tough soil conditions. This project was engineered from scratch using Autodesk Inventor 2027 to deliver a premium alternative to existing market models (Boss, C&M, Tilco). Technical Specifications & Engineering Metrics: • Structural Frame: 200 mm x 100 mm x 9 mm RHS (Rectangular Hollow Section) • Total Assembly Mass: 7,062.21 kg (7.06 Tonnes) • Center of Gravity (CoG) Simulation: - X-Axis (Lateral Symmetry): -3.83 mm (Perfect track alignment, zero side pull) - Y-Axis (Vertical Height): 492.89 mm (Low center of gravity for maximum slope stability) - Z-Axis (Longitudinal Balance): 258.11 mm (Optimized drawbar tongue weight) • Critical Pins & Bushings: High-fatigue areas utilize TOOLOX 44 and AISI 4140 turned shafts. • Wear Parts: Front renovation tynes are cut from high-durability Hardox plates. Positional Representations Included in the Package: 1. Field Working Layout: 12,400 mm overall rolling length. 2. Headland U-Turn Config: 8,000 mm intermediate width for fast end-of-row maneuvering. 3. Transport Layout: Compact 3,496 mm transport width and 4,067 mm total transport height for standard clearance. The model is highly modular, sharing common component sub-assemblies (bearings, bushings, cylinders) to minimize production costs for manufacturing workshops.
