Quick mock up made in fusion 360 for my recycled battery pack project. Free to use but check the dimensions match yours. These are the batteries found within most disposable vapes. They claim to be regular lithium polymer cells (ergo, 3.7v nominal, 3.0 full-discharge, 4.2v full-capacity) with 0.55Ah/2.04Wh capacity. Manufacturers of these claim the cells have an integrated over & under charge circuitry as well as "thermal shutoff" but this seems to be false on all the batteries i have encountered of this type and strongly advise you do not rely on this being present. There are lots of sellers on ebay who are selling these in bulk as used cells after extracting them from disposable vape products. I cannot speak on the quality of thee as i have only got these myself out of vapes.Be sure to test each cell and discard faulty ones per local laws. Note: this is a mock up of an existing battery design. I do not own rights to the battery design itself, i simply created this model as a reference for the existing product.
