This is a model of a 2m Slot-Cube Amateur Radio Omni-Directional Antenna made of copper pipe and copper pipe joints that was designed by W3NBC and was featured in the January 2019 QST magazine. https://w6nbc.com/articles/2019-01QSTcubeslot.pdf This antenna was designed using a nominal 1/2" copper pipe tubing Type L : https://www.engineeringtoolbox.com/cts-copper-tubing-sizes-d_2112.html This antenna is actually a vertical polarized antenna since the upper loop is the radiator and the lower loop is the reflector. Think of it as an end-feed, wrapped, vertical, folded dipole. The SWR of this antenna is consistent with narrow band antennas since the large surface area of the copper pipes lower the resistance and give the antenna a higher Q ; thereby narrowing the bandwidth. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Q_factor#Electrical_systems The portion of the antenna between the feed point and the ground plane is essentially behaving as a short-circuit stub.
