This CNC mill is a very beefy version of a 3018 CNC made from aluminum extrusion and 20mm aluminum plate. The machine use Nema 23 steppers/servos. The machine uses HGR15 rails on all axis. The machine uses an air-cooled 2.2kw spindle. The Z-axis is much taller than the Z-axis on the original 3018 CNC. All the parts (except for the frame) can be bought on Aliexpress. The frame can be made on a normal 3 axis router CNC machine. I can make a complete frame kit and send it to you (Reach out to me on DM). The machine is really incomparable to the original 3018 CNC in every way except for the size. This machine can mill in steel, aluminum, copper, brass, gold, titanium, and a lot of other materials. The final weight of the machine is around 35KG without electronics.
