This is an old and abandoned project intended to produce a heavy kinetic penetrator for the 30mm NATO cartridge. As part fo the initial proposal this projectile was to be loaded with a more efficient and energetic propellant. As it has now been abandoned for over 3 years, I have decided to release it here for educational use by others. The details of the propellant charge will not be released at this time.
