340 -gram container · 模型 187576
We have a project here for our own meat, fish, and sausage products, which we want to distribute in individual portions from the vending machines so that people can stock up on their own food and not have to constantly procure food every day. Specifically, we're talking about 340-gram containers – for example, for meat products such as breakfast meat, corned beef, coarse liver sausage, poultry sausage, ham sausage, onion sausage, fish sausage, and the like. Unfortunately, the only canned goods sold in stores are those in tin cans, which, while they have a long shelf life – are still critical despite elaborate interior protection, interior coatings, and the like. They are sometimes extremely damaged by the contents – so that the contents can no longer be used. This means that these foods become unusable. You can't see what's happening through the tin cans themselves! No fermentation takes place in the tin cans – only the inner coating peels off, contaminating the contents long before the expiration date, which is usually printed on the cans. We previously thought that such canned goods were actually safe: but it looks like this isn't the case! This has happened to me and others: the inner coating peeled off, thus contaminating the contents – rendering the food unusable prematurely! We therefore do not (!!!) want to use such tin cans for our own bottling of meat and sausage products – and instead use suitable, pollutant-free PET packaging that is sealed and closed by friction welding. The problem of contamination also occurs with glass cans with coated steel lids: unfortunately, today's lids are not made of glass with a rubber ring between them, as they used to be! This seems to be a problem of our time: the material of the coatings—with lids, there are usually two coatings, one as a seal—seems to be a general problem. However, I've decided to do without tin cans altogether. So we're doing something new. In the simplest case, a good foil packaging would be a very suitable replacement: the kind you usually find in stores for sausages that have a longer shelf life! igs, step, stl, jpeg
