The model was carefully created with features such as minimal overhangs, proper fillets, and a support-free structure to ensure printability and mechanical strength. The design was exported as an STL file directly from SolidWorks, with attention to dimensional accuracy, tolerances, and material-friendly geometry for additive manufacturing. This project deepened my understanding of design for 3D printing, parametric modeling, and preparing CAD models for real-world fabrication.
