3D Printable Electric Motor to Dremel Shaft 1 to 1 Adapter & Herringbone Gearbox Adapter (Top-Down Design Approach) · 模型 255405
These are two separate functional 3D printable assemblies for connecting an electric motor to a flexible dremel shaft. They are specifically designed for an old brushless drill motor with a spline output shaft. One of the assemblies uses herringbone gears to increase the output shaft rpm, and the other one is a direct 1 to 1 connection. The gear assembly works at fairly high rpm (tested at over 100,000 rpm for output shaft), but can be quite noisy. Several gear configurations can be selected. Bearings are necessary for both assemblies. Both assemblies were modeled using a top-down design approach, and should be fairly flexible for changing dimensions, especially the gearbox assembly. Both assemblies were printed with ABS. The seals for the gearbox assembly could be printed with TPU. If you have any questions about these assemblies, feel free to comment below.
