3D printable GoPro Ski/Bike Helmet Holder · 模型 12212
I needed GoPro holder for my kids and their ski helmets. Looking on price of original parts I have decided to make own design. The bottom part is rounded to fit better helmets. 3D Print: - grab STL file, put it in favorite slicer like Slic3r - slice/print holder vertically (with support, infill based on material stifness, PETG si 30% OK) - tested with Prusa MK3 and PETG / ColorFabb XT, HT filaments - great result, impossible to break Helmet install (install indoor in ambient temperature 15C+, otherwise double side tape will not hold): - use alcohol or isoprophyl to clean both holder and helmet - put 3M double side tape on holder - put holder on helmet, apply pressure to holder to glue properly I provide STL, STEP and IGES formats + Fusion 360 source file so you can derive your own holders directly (just reference the source please, all under Creative Common license). Please promote great Fusion 360 so we all get free 3D CAD for hobby also in future, without it would be a painful process, with it, I have done it in minutes...
