3D-Printable Handheld Camera Gimbal · 模型 163884
This is a handheld camera gimbal modelled after the Tarot Professional 5D2 gimbal. It is designed such that it can be assembled and disassembled quickly using PVC pipes and 3D-printed parts. I used an MPU6050 Accelerometer/Gyroscope module as the input to detect movements and two standard servos as output to counteract movements. I controlled this system by filtering the MPU6050 input with a Kalman filter (LQE) and feeding the processed input into a tuned PID loop, computed on an Arduino Nano. The gimbal is powered by two 18650 cells, producing 8.4V, which is then stepped-down to 6V using an LM2596 Buck Converter. The following is the part list: - 2 x 18650 Cells - 1 x 18650 Battery Holder - 1 x LM2596 Buck Converter - 1 x Arduino NANO - 1 x MPU6050 Accelerometer and Gyroscope - 2 x MG996R Standard Servos - 6 x 20mm Bearings - 48 x 1/8x1-1/2in Machine Screws - 48 x 1/8in Nuts - 5/16in Threaded Rod - GT2 Belts - 3/4in PVC - 3D-Printed Parts Arduino Code: https://github.com/JasonJZLiu/3D-Printable-Handheld-Camera-Gimbal I will be providing a demo video soon.
