This is a simple two part expansion mechanism that provides a tight and secure fit so it will not slide out during rough rides. Instead of relying on plastic clips that warp easily, this design uses standard hardware for maximum clamping force. Hardware needed per plug: One M5x24mm hex socket cylinder screw One matching M5 nut How it works: As you tighten the screw, the nut pulls the inner wedge cone into the outer sleeve, forcing it to expand outward against the inside of your handlebar. This creates a solid friction lock that stays put under vibration. Print settings: PETG or ABS are recommended for outdoor durability and impact resistance. PLA works but can be brittle. Use three or four walls to ensure the expansion mechanism does not crack under pressure. No supports needed.
