3D printed BLDC robot actuator (servomotor) · 模型 261723
A fully 3D printed actuator made using a QX-motor, a magnetic encoder and 3D printed planetary gearbox and body, controlled by an ODrive 3.6 motor controller. Specs: Gear reduction : 9.8:1 Max output speed: 320 rpm Sustained max torque (at 25A limit): 7 Nm Burst max torque (at 40A limit): 10Nm Backlash: (can't measure it yet, but nearly unobservable) Weight: 325g It is perfect for robotics projects that require a fast, accurate, dynamic, and back-drivable actuator. Especially useful model for budget builds or prototypes as the parts only cost around 50 euro (without the motor controller). In my case, the electronics I'm using are: - QX-motor QM6008-320 kv brushless motor - Makerbase TLE5012B FOC magnetic encoder - ODrive 3.6 motor controller board And the actuator is built with: - ASA printed casing - PC printed gears - PLA printed rotor and test stand - 3 buc: 3 × 10 × 4 mm bearings - one 25 × 37 × 7mm bearing - M3 8mm, 12mm, and 30mm screws - M3 threaded inserts - 2mm by 12mm self taping screws If you plan to build one yourself, it can easily be adapted to fit other motors and encoder combos jut by modifying one part. Additionally, if you have any question, feel free to message me :)
