Please note: This project was made by: Rachel Sprecher, Lars Zihlmann and Mathias Graf. (Students @BZL Langenthal, Switzerland) and the Industrial Designer Alex Götschi https://grabcad.com/alex.goetschi-1 . I was involved in the Designing Process of the Glasses. The design was very difficult to realize because of the missing freeform license in NX. I also provided the renderings. If you have any questions about this Project, please contact the Project Owners. Frames for glasses and sunglasses come in all different shapes and colors. But what if there was a very specifically designed frame that you really wanted? It seems like modern technology has you covered. Instead of buying a mass-manufactured frame they can now be 3D-printed by anyone! Well, not exactly by anyone, but by anyone who has access to a 3D-printer and to any commonly used 3D designing application. We will only consider the production sunglasses because brute-forcing your expen-sive corrected glasses into a self-made frame is probably not covered by any insurance.
