3D printed leaf actuator for microswitch · 模型 235959
I had a number of salvaged microswitches from domestic appliances which I wished to use as homing switch for my laser. No leaf actuators were available so I simply created one in SolidWorks and printed it at 0.1mm layer with build plate support in PLA. Three of these have been working reliably for a year now.
