This is the head for a robot I designed in Fusion 360 for an advertisement about an educational robotics competition. The design is fully modular, allowing you to choose the color of each segment (no need for AMS). It doesn’t require any screws for assembly; only four neodymium cylindrical magnets with a diameter of 10mm and thickness less than 6mm are needed. The head can attach to LEGO pieces via two 5mm holes at the bottom back, as shown in the third picture. Behind the eyes, it’s possible to attach two piranha LEDs, with space provided for the wires to exit the head. I printed this design on my Bambu Lab P1P, and it turned out great! The 0.2mm spacing between each part ensures smooth and stable fitting.
