A complete exhaust system designed with a 4–2–1 header configuration, modeled based on a ZX-6R engine dummy to ensure accurate pipe routing from the exhaust ports. The project focuses on optimizing gas flow, achieving precise pipe geometry, and delivering a modern performance oriented aesthetic. The muffler features a lightweight composite construction with a hexagonal carbon texture design, giving it an aggressive and refined look. The design process utilized sweep, loft, and controlled pathway modeling to form complex pipe profiles and maintain accurate geometric continuity. This project strengthened my skills in precision modeling, pathway based geometry creation, and developing complex 3D components for automotive performance applications.
