4 DoF mini robot arm · 模型 193076
This is a small 4 degrees of freedom robot arm I made for a ROS course in college. The robot was designed to use sg90 servo motors, and to be controlled via rosserial. Since the scope of the project only considered its movement, it doesn't have an end effector. However, if you like, you can print any, as the last link (link 4), is completely flat. To mount the complete robot, you need 3 screws per servomotor. That shouldn't be a problem, since these motors come with said screws. Also, you need to glue the a&b parts of the links (After mounting them). That way, it keeps the model simple and light. For the construction, you need two pairs of the link 2 pieces (link 2 a & link 2 b). It is also possible to keep adding link 2s to get more degrees of freedom and length, but due to the form of the arm and the strength of sg90 servos, I don't think surpassing the original 4 DoF would be a good idea. Print Settings Printer brand: Creality Printer: Ender 5 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.1 Infill: 10 Filament brand: doesn't matter Filament color: doesn't matter Filament material: PLA Notes: Printing really does depend on your printer, but with those settings I was able to get a good print. Post-Printing you may need to sand the joints of links 2a,2b and 4a,4b. The really depends on your print settings. I didn't need to do it.
