4-DOF Robotic Arm · 模型 124146
A redesigned 3D-printable robotic arm with four degrees of freedom: base rotation, shoulder, elbow, and wrist. The chassis integrates dedicated mounts for an Adafruit Feather M0 RFM69 (ATSAMD21-based microcontroller with 915 MHz RF transceiver) and an Adafruit FeatherWing PCA9685 8-channel PWM/servo driver, with servo motors and battery pack housed within the structure for a self-contained, low-profile assembly. Control signals are routed from the Feather to the PCA9685 over I2C, with PWM outputs driving each joint's servo directly. Joints are designed to be printed-in-place or bonded, eliminating the need for additional hardware at each articulation point. This upload focuses on the core movement system. A gripper end-effector is currently in development and will be added in a future revision. Status: Untested CAD concept — design has not been fabricated or validated. Component fitment, tolerances, and structural integrity are unverified and subject to revision.
