Here you can find 48DP gears (5.1mm/0.2" wide) from 70-96 tooth in steps of 2. The CAD Data is available as original/native Solidworks 2013, Inventor 2015 or STEP format and ready to be used to create your own gears. These gears are created with a special Software (Gear Teq / Gear Trax) to get technically exact gears, i already printed them 3D SLS (out of Nylon) and directly used them.
