4in LED can light, under cabinet mount · 模型 64421
This is a housing for a 4in LED can light, also called recessed light to use it as under cabinet lighting. Mine was RGB color select able. The light is intended to be mounted in a ceiling via spring clips but in this case the springs have to be removed. Spring removable on mine took five seconds. Squeeze the spring, tilt it off the molded plastic axles. I chose NOT to use the spring clips because space was at a premium and in order to use the clips this housing would have had to be quite a bit larger. The housing works quite well. I'm not particularly proud of having to use hot glue (I suppose double stick tape, silicone or a construction adhesive would work) to mount the LED in the housing, but it works just fine and invisible. I printed gray PETG, 235C / 70C, 0.2mm layers, 30% infill. Print time was 6.0hrs each. No support, mounting ears on the bed. Your light bezel should be no larger than 4in[100mm] while the body height should be no larger than 2in[50mm]. You could scale it as required. I'd recommend NOT using flat head screws since it would split the mount holes.
