This is a threaded tube lid that fits on a 50 ml VWR centrifuge tube with two tube inlets for 1/16" and 5/32" OD tygon tubling - see VWR catalog number 21008-169 (https://us.vwr.com/store/catalog/product.jsp?product_id=7722080). The part was designed to be printed on a DLP 3D printer (Asiga Pico +27 DLP). A high resolution 3D printer is required to print the dual threads on the part. The lid was printed on it's side at 250 um slicing in clear photopoymer resin (DETAX Freeprint mould - 1.3 s light exposure per layer). A significant number of supports were required to print overhangs. Solidworks and STL files are included. This part also serves as a good example of how to print dual threads using a swept boss/base along a helix.
