60° live center grinding fixture · 模型 171906
3D printable fixture for grinding 60° live center on the surface grinder. Designed around a 5" sine plate with 1" hole spacing and a 32mm MT3 sleeve adapter. 8mm shaft was salvaged from an old printer to fit the skate bearings. An o-ring drives the live center. Speed can be adjusted using the step pulley. Model height could be changed to accommodate larger diameter live centers. Location of the set screws to retain the sleeve are not very accessible without removing the shaft. The sliding friction fit was adequate and I did not use the set screws.
