Gearbox Specs • 8:1 Reduction speed. • Zero Backlash. • No machining needed, only 3D Printing. • No lubrication needed. • Minimum friction, every movement part slides on ball bearings. • Every part is hold in place by screws not by specific dimensional tolerances. • Hexagonal shape ends in order to easily design and 3D print the attachments. • Every component that is not 3D Printed is available on Amazon (check the BOM). • Compact design, overall dimensions: Ø80x77mm. If you want to assemble your self just keep in mind few things: • Be careful with the M2 screw, use good quality tools for screw and unscrew them. • Use a little of abrasive paper to make fit the part in thick recess, only if needed. • Be careful in the final step of the assembly, it requires strength but go slowly and check that the output pins entered in the cycloidal gear.
