A diploma project of an A/C-axis tilt-rotary table assembly for a 5-axis CNC machining center. The unit was developed as part of a CHIRON FZ12 FX-based flexible manufacturing module for machining medium-sized housing parts. The assembly combines a C-axis rotary table with an A-axis tilting mechanism. It includes a trunnion-type support structure, side bearing units, rotary table, T-slot worktable / pallet mounting interface, drive elements, braking/clamping elements and auxiliary components. The table is designed for 5-axis milling, drilling, boring, reaming and thread cutting operations. Main specifications: A-axis tilting range ±120°, C-axis rotation 360°, maximum workpiece weight 250 kg, maximum A-axis speed 50 rpm and maximum C-axis speed 250 rpm.
