This is a sequential shifter simulator designed to be mounted on 3030 aluminum extrusions, driven by a 628ZZ bearing. Most of the main components can be sourced from Alibaba; however, the two 110x100x4mm side panels and the protruding block used to secure the drive spring require laser cutting. A 4mm sheet thickness was chosen to accommodate a wide range of materials, including aluminum alloy, cold-rolled steel, galvanized sheet, and stainless steel. In addition to the STEP format, the 3D files are also provided in the editable FreeCAD format (FCStd), making it easy for you to modify the design to fit 4040 aluminum extrusions directly.
