Two-Stage Gear Reducer with Electric Motor (Geared Motor Assembly) This model represents a complete geared motor unit consisting of a standard induction electric motor coupled to a two-stage spur gear reducer, both mounted on a common base plate. The gearbox has two parallel countershafts, each carrying a spur gear pair, giving a two-stage speed reduction between the motor input and the output shaft. The output shaft ends with a keyway for coupling to driven machinery. All shafts run on ball bearings, retained by circlips and enclosed by bolted bearing end caps for easy maintenance and correct axial positioning. The motor and gearbox housing share a common base frame, forming a compact, ready-to-install power transmission unit.
