Adapter for 30mm Weight to 50mm Barbell · 模型 8416
Most barbell's have a sleeve diameter of 50mm but most (cheap) fractionplates have an inner diameter of 30mm. This devices allows to use 30mm fractionplates on 50mm barbell sleeves. Some notes: 1. The proximal and distal parts are in the same step file, but they need to be printed seperately (to do this open the file, select just one body and save that as an STL file). 2. When printing the proximal or distal part, lay them flat on the printing surface as this will increase the strength of the final product. 3. The proximal part, 50mm sleeve and distal part need to be glued together. 4. I've printed the proximal and distal part with an infill of 40% and the other parts with an infill of 20%, with these setting I could easily attach 4.5kg's on the adapter. 5.
