Adapter for Panasonic Vacuum Cleaner MC-PKL20A · 模型 155859
I designed an adapter using FreeCAD and printed it with a 3D printer to attach a cheap round brush for a vacuum cleaner (non-genuine part) found on Amazon to the dust collection hose of the Panasonic electric vacuum cleaner MC-PKL20A. The two light blue images are exterior views of the design in FreeCAD. I purchased two types of brushes, each with a different diameter for the part that attaches to the hose, so I made two adapters. The brushes that fit are for an outer diameter of Φ36mm and an inner diameter of Φ35mm. In the photo, the brush attached to the end of the vacuum cleaner has an outer diameter of Φ32mm. Due to the subtle changes in the diameter of the brush insertion part and the need to effectively use the vacuum cleaner's adapter lock mechanism, I had to make several prototypes before finally completing the design. Model added on December 22, 2024. In the ODΦ35 model, the insertion tube part diameter is small, so I uploaded a slightly bigger version as ver2.
