Another concept I worked on was a dual-conveyor transfer station designed to handle parts of different sizes within the same process. The key feature of this design is that one side of the conveyor system can be adjusted, allowing the working width to be modified depending on the part being processed. This provides greater flexibility without requiring a completely different station for every product variation.
