To fabricate the pulley rack for a adjustable outhaul retrofit. Use the file "Tool 1 boom end" as a male mold to fabricate the puley inner case, then use "Tool 2 boom end" as dummy puleys and mold the outer case. Due to a failled first attempt, I remade the actual parts using wood sticks in replacements of "Tool 2 boom end", it is easier to remove the tooling. The full model was made to get an idea of the part design, it is not scale as I drawed it away from home. It includes Chinook Clew washers stl file to replace the ugly and huge stock washers by nice 3d printed ones.
