AGV Robot Arm · 模型 27303
The AGV Robot Arm is a type of robot that integrates an AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) with a robotic arm. It is widely applied in warehouses, quarantine zones, and other environments that are difficult for humans to access. This robot model was designed by me as the final project of my four-year university program — the Graduation Thesis. The project was highly appreciated by faculty members for its well-developed hardware implementation. Regarding the AGV robot, I designed it based on a DDR (Differential Drive Robot) configuration with two active wheels symmetrically placed on the left and right sides. This structure allows the robot to rotate around its central axis, providing greater flexibility in changing direction. As for the robotic arm, I designed it with a 3-degree-of-freedom (3-DOF) structure. This configuration offers several advantages, such as reducing the number of motors, simplifying control, while still meeting the requirements for movement in 3D space. The components in this project were primarily fabricated using 3D printing and laser cutting technologies. In addition, I integrated several other parts and materials, including: - 20x20 aluminum extrusion profiles. - NEMA 23 hybrid stepper motors. -5-channel line tracking sensor module. - Ultrasonic sensor module. - 2004 LCD display module. - 21700 battery pack with 7S BMS circuit. - NEMA 23 stepper motors with herringbone gearboxes. - Aluminum rods (Ø18×2 mm, Ø6×1 mm). - MG996R servo motor for the gripper. - 625zz and 608 bearings. - M8, M4, and M5 bolts and nuts. - ...
