AIRPUSH · 模型 179248
The main problem is having enough energy to separate and push the probe away from the heat shield once the release altitude is reached. The solution is to use air pressure to force it through open vents in the shield to create a force field and push the shield out. The vents can be arranged in a circle around the body of the shield beneath the saddle where the test probe is carried. To solve the problem of lateral displacement of the probe and the shield, the vents could have a different cross-section, wider on one side to provide greater lateral air thrust. The vents should be left closed during the ascent to altitude and the descent to the launch altitude, and then opened at the pre-set altitude. It is suggested that the vents be closed with linear plugs, locked at the top by a small tooth and at the bottom by a ring-hook system. Removing the hooks would unlock these linear plugs, which would be torn away by the external airflow. Each linear cap would have a ring-and-hook system. To remove all the hooks, a constant-velocity gear was envisioned, rotating on three or four gears, one or two of which are motorized. All the hooks would be attached to this gear with a simple ring-and-ring system structured as follows: 1 - a ring on the constant-velocity gear (one ring for each hook); 2 - the other ring on the hook itself (one hook for each cap to be removed). The entire system would lift off from the ground with all the caps in place and locked by the hooks of the constant-velocity gear. The opening would occur with a preloaded mechanical spring release system, similar to the electric locks on house doors. Almost all the components are 3D printable. The hooks are available at hardware stores for doors and windows, as are the electric locks. If necessary, both the door hardware and the electric lock can be ordered from TEMU! Jokes aside, the power for the electric lock could be drawn from an electric battery, although I would recommend an RC circuit with a super-electrolytic capacitor precharged before takeoff, easy to control with the onboard avionics and an optocoupler buffer.
