With thanks to Aqil for advising me my loads were all wrong on first submission, I had calculated incorrectly at in-lbf instead of ft-lbf (LOL) Version 2: Component Weight - 149.2 grams With all 3 loads applied at same time. minimum FOS at .62, Alcoa have already applied a safety factor in the equation so this number really is irrelevant. Required loads as follows: Load Case 1 - Minimum FOS - 1.7 Load Case 2 - Minimum FOS - 1.39 Load Case 3 - Minimum FOS - 1.55 FEA applied with bracket bolted to stiff plate. Print direction as per .png .stl & .step files exported with origin as print direction.
