My approach to this challenge is not only to make a pressure switch unit within the preferred dimensions of (14mm X 14mm X 7mm), and come up with a new design, but also come up with something that replaces all other units while preserving their very unique functions. The way my approach is illustrated is normally open, yet it could be easily changed to normally closed by adjusting either one of the adjustment screws. This will be mainly injection molded plastic assembly (or most of it). This design allows for 4 possible Pressure/Vacuum and 24 possible combinations of pressure & vacuum switches. This will be easily achieved through the threaded inlet/hole plug pieces. For the parts count, depending on what option we pick, there should be a minimum of 6 pieces at once. Note: I’m an Aerospace Engineer and these preferred dimensions (14mm X 14mm X 7mm) could be a tolerance value on any given structural part
