37227 m³ Ammonia Storage Tank Bottom Plate and First Course Replacement Project — one of the largest storage tank projects in Türkiye. The tank inspection was performed according to American Petroleum Institute API 653 standards, and the tank design was completed in accordance with American Petroleum Institute API 620 requirements. For the first course shell replacement, the tank was supported by a system consisting of 60 hydraulic jacks. The hydraulic jack support system was designed in SolidWorks The project included tank lifting operations, bottom plate replacement, first course renewal, assembly, welding activities, and QA/QC inspections. All welding inspections and controls were successfully completed, and the system was implemented and commissioned on site.
