I made this for a personal desk fan. The special feature of these fans is that they are decoupled from the housing and thus run very quietly. Normally used as PC cooling fans. It is not 100 % accurate, but the holes are correct and the outer dimensions too. I added a duct to concentrate the airflow better. Works fine I think.
