This is the official OpenMV 3D printable case for your Arduino Portenta H7 with the Vision Shield! The case perfectly fits around your Arduino Portenta H7 with the Vision Shield while exposing all the ports. The case even features a battery compartment where you can fit a small (up to 6mm x 25mm x 36mm) lipo battery (https://www.lipobattery.us/tag/jst-achr-03v-s/) behind the camera. You can then power your Arduino Portenta H7 with the Vision Shield from the battery.
