АС 168"АЭРОСКИФ" Aeroskif company - Kyiv, Ukraine AS 168 "AEROSKIF" - in English - 4-seater all-metal aircraft. It is a clone of ZENAIR CH 640. Significant differences in the design, technology and materials used make this aircraft an independent project and it is certified in Ukraine. The model of this aircraft and a set drawings (without instruments and wiring), I did about 10 months. The 90% model is made in Autodesk Inventor 2012. Only the cabin and the glass were made in CATIA V5 (Generative shape design) and unfold of stamped ribs (Aerospace sheet metal). The model contains more than 9500 parts (the wing and fuselage do not contain rivets - it would be 3 ... 4 thousand rivets ... and the computer has already begun to slow down, but there are ALL holes for the rivets). The set of drawings consists of 800 sheets of different format. The project structure corresponds to ATA 100 chapters. I do not have the right to publish a complete 3D model and drawings. For GrabCAD laid out some standard parts of the fuel system and chassis that you can buy on Airspruce or from the manufacturer.
