Aston Villa Badge. Yes I know we're going down. This was done as a test of the Solidworks Autotrace feature, however the lion and the lettering was too complex, it didn't pick up correctly. As a result this was created with the spline tool. I have modeled it in glass because I was interested how it would turn out, I rather like it. I used a colour picker on a JPeg of the badge to find the correct RGB shades. Just for fun, this is not my job, however I would like to do more, particularly football badges if there are any that people would like to see (and if I have the spare time)! Unfortunately, I only have the basic version of Solidworks (so no photoview360) and I am not very good with Blender yet, so no full renders. The image is only a screenshot of the model with Realview graphics, shadows, and ambient occlusion. Feel free to render it if you can!
