Took the step model and converted to SpaceClaim sheet metal and unfolded all the parts. Attached are Catia parts and the assembly. Also added are the AutoCAD dxf files of unfolded parts with overall dimensions. Please use these files for your manufacturing purpose. Let me know if you have troubles understanding unfolded parts.
