Atmos UAV Atmos is a series of UAVs that I started designing in 2017 and are based on a "double deck" structure similar to used in drones and RC helicopters. There are some versions described below: SPX - Sport Performance, version with shorter wings for better maneuverability. EPX - Endurance Performance, version with longer wings and greater flight range. This platform can be used to develop applications with computer vision and a wide variety of payloads and sensors. The Atmos uses a torque vectoring system with two servo actuators mounted next to the propeller with the possibility of roll and pitch control, in addition to serving as a reserve/emergency control surface. It also has canard controls just ahead of the leading edge for better control. It is relatively compact and construction does not require molds, but rather machining. The project is still in development.
