Here we have a filling machine that is intended to show conceptually how to make and bake a kind of egg custard from a few normal ingredients. The recipe: Chop up salted smoked fish, let it soak in water, chop up young Gouda and add it. Special dried onions - these are fried onions that are coated in flour and have a very intense taste and smell - they have been dried and have a long shelf life. Then add three small Russian eggs. Put everything in a metal bowl in a steam bath and fry.
