Continuing the Ballbot project, this is the ball design I have created. The goal is to use a sensor-equipped ball to precisely determine its position and rotation angle. From this data, we can infer the position and orientation of the Ballbot. Inside the ball, an ESP32, an MPU6050 sensor, and a 18650 battery are integrated. All remaining components are fabricated using 3D printing. Notably, the outer layer of the ball is made of rubber. I have attached a DXF file for you to cut the layers to the correct dimensions.
