I took a DN16 Conflat flange and converted it into a quick release twist lock o-ring sealed connector. If you are making the assembly from scratch a burn ring should be added for welding together the inner two pieces. Rev02, I updated it to use brass pins and a slightly different feedthrough. Now it is the MDC Part Numbers, 9412000, 9412001, 9412002, or 9412003 (https://www.mdcvacuum.com/displaypart.aspx?p=9412001&wr=)
