Nothing but ear to ear smiles as you watch that sucker fly towards a brick wall knowing that the upon impact over 1000 Newtons of force will be smoothly absorbed by 12 piezoelectric coils that generate up to 100 watts of capacitor stored energy! Piezoelectric coils are definitely not the most efficient at around a 10% energy transfer rate, but combined with the high impact force of a 5lb device in a Pelican Case falling from 15ft, the coils shape allow them to smoothly absorb the kinetic energy from impact and convert it into electricity!
