Beche Model L1, LV1, & LF1 Power Hammer Dies · 模型 99047
This upload containes the dies for the Beche L1, LV1, and LF1 power hammers. It also containes keys and reference interfacing parts. Rather than using a conventional sow block that you would find on the actual Beche power hammers, I was inspired by the Anyang blacksmithing power hammers which have a sow block capable of rotational adjustment. The Beche drawings that I have contain minimal dimensions for the male dovetails, and define the interfaces using the female dovetail. I used the upper and lower die interfaces in order to extrapolate key thickness. The taper ratio on all Beche L, LV, LF, and LB series use a 1:100 ratio. The spacer/shim in the sow block dovetail (opposite the key) is only an element found in the L1, LV1, LF1, through to L4, LV4, LF4, and LB4.
